It's become almost expected for a Grand Hero to have a unique weapon, or at least an almost unique weapon (Camus shares his lance with Hardin for example), but some of them don't have one.
The heroes who do not have special weapons are: Narcian, Female Robin, Ursula, Navarre, Oliver, and Jamke. These are some of the worst Grand Heroes and it'd be good to see them at the same level as the others. Although, Oliver can stay in tier 8 as a meme.
They have buffed Grand Heroes before, so hopefully they can buff these ones too.
Agreed, I think that first four of em really need it.
Narcian especially could be kind good with his balanced spread if he had a weapon to use that.
Some GHB also need a refine Lyon, Valter, Saias and Arvis are all fine units but they just fall a bit short. Hence a refine might be helpful.
I was always afraid that his lance would be on the awkward spot of 'too strong to refine, too weak to make him useful enough'
Honestly something simple like 3 atk/spd instead of 2 and a brazen atk/spd would be good enough.
I think that Silas and Arvis are the most likely for refines, seeing how Katarina has their effect (dual ploy) together with another effect.
