If it is, I might just go towards the 4*-5* banner to hunt her down for a good IV. I do almost have a complete kit for her for an enemy phase set, namely Wrath and Atk Smoke.
I believe she is. Mine is currently 5* +2 and can carry whenever she needs to. She has a flexible stat spread that can really work with any player or enemy phase build. She has good speed, and a monster attack stat to help her, I would say she is around the same level as Ayra and Mia.
She’s one of the best units to invest into. She has post-Ayra BST, is available, has a great stat spread and multiple builds to capitalize on. Having a good IV isn’t nessicary but it does help out. It’ll be a bit of a treck through the fodder banner but she should show up regularly enough
