Soleil +atk -def build

I don't have any Wo Dao+ fodder so all I can get is a spare Navarre which nets me a Slaying Edge and refinable.

So which one is better choice for her? Her speed is kind of mediocre, sitting at 35 without a speed refine so I want that from a Slaying Edge.

Also I inherited a Swift Sparrow from spare B!Lyn so that's +4 to atk/spd when initiaiting. So what B slot, special and seal I should run in this build?
