Well, the powercreep is real, and LTiki is a step up. So yes, whales gonna whale. But its not the real game, its the money fueled delirium of a few complete losers with too much money and a shitty life. No friends, family or goals. They are first on a game. A nice one tbh. But still a bit p2w tbh. And last on everything else. Just ignore them.

I'm actually thankful for these giga whales. They are essentially sustaining the game with their money + it's always nice to at least see +10 units that I'll never have.

Do people really buy into that? I'm sure the developers are smarter than making a game with actual money of their own to propel. The rest, is extra. You're just throwing money at them.

I feel people justify this kind of ridiculous spending as "oh it's okay they're supporting the game and we wouldn't be here without them", as if we owe them and the developers. We don't owe them anything, and it's been made clear from Day 1 that this game is perfectly free to play. Not only that, my point is that the developers are smarter than to base the sustain on the game on heavy spenders.

Too long, didn't read? You're throwing money at them and that excuse helps people sleep at night.

Actually thats a fact. Whales pays for the game, without whales Feh could just cease to exist in the near future.
IS and Nintendo needs to see a business to continue supporting the game, or they just move to a more lucrative project.

It was never once stated as a FACT whales keep this game afloat. There's a difference.

Seriously, don't buy into that. Nothing justifies paying hundreds to thousands on a celphone game unless you, yourself, genuinely feel like it.

The whales are making it profitable that's how the business model works. It costs money to pay developers and continue supporting the game, and most of that money comes from whales.

I'm not saying we owe them anything, the game would be dead without whales but it would also be dead without f2ps because there wouldn't be enough players to keep the community active, keep bringing in new people etc. and then the whales would leave.

They made an absurdly quantity of money the last year through what basically is gambling. What the whales are doing now is not just barely "sustaining the game" they are overfeeding it. Ask yourself why ISIS keeps breaking the game every few weeks: Greed, gambling addiction and complacency. In conclusion fuck whales, gacha games and faggots that defend that kind of praxis

Why insult people who have no problem spending money on the game? AM I not seeing the big picture or are people salty that other people have enough money to waste on something they enjoy playing?

I am not salty about people spending money. I admit, I waste far too much money on the game myself.

I am salty that they added a single unit that stands alone as the undisputed king of arena scoring and perhaps the strongest unit in the game. And I am even saltier that I couldn’t pull her!!
