So, what about this build I have planned?

He's only missing the B Skill, but in reality, it'll be one hell of a mage tank. He could potentially hit alot more spd than expected given the setup as well. Maybe even swap out that Distant Def for Spd/res Bond and just make him a speedy mage tank, now that I think about it.

It's funny how he's accually faster than he seems.
I do like Arvis more, with his ring working amazing with fury.
But this works.

Amazing support with a solid role aside from that.
Really hoping he'll get some fitting refine

Same. I like Saias' character alot. Though, a refine for Saias is gonna be a weird one. Maybe it'll ploy more than what it does? Maybe actually have like a lvl 3 ploy effect instead of just lvl2 with a bond or something?

I generally like the tactitian characters, also Saias looks like a cool combat priest and his spell animation is top tier.

Well, I expect the lvl 3 ploy of course. Most refines do something like that.

For his refine I can see a few things:
A way to buff his allies (full support)
Gunnthra's damage boost to debuffs effect
A raw stat boost like owl or bonds.

The reason I think he'll get a refine is because Wargod's Tome and Valflame are now lesser versions of Reese's Tome from Katarina.

i might be wrong he has atk ploy in his weapon so is there any reason to double this skill into his c-slot?

The Atk Ploy in his weapon does -4, I believe tha atk ploy does -6. It's an added 2 def/res he gets. That's the point, if I'm not mistaken.

Simply put, his and all the ploy weapons don't do lvl 3 ploys, they only go to lvl 2, sadly.
