He can solo the Ninian/Hawkeye Bound Hero Battle on Infernal.

He can do all the Warriors stages on his own, too, if that can even be considered a measure of ones "strength."

Notes on Wrath: The upper limit of damage healed by Aether is equal to his Attack Stat, right? In this case it would be 57 -> 63 (Delthea Tome) -> 66 (Delthea Drive) -> 68 (Delthea Ally Support replacing Mist as little sister). The highest he can heal normally with Aether, without any kind of buffs, is 28. Wrath raises any value of this to a maximum of 38 healing, and since the Wrath boost applies the moment Ike goes below 75% HP... it's very good, I must say.

The comment was pretty long so I wanted to finish it up here.

Wrath also lowers Ike's Special by 1 if it's active on his turn. This happens a lot when when he's attacked and often leads to his player phase having Aether charged and Wrath active (getting attacked = 5 -> 3 / countering = 3 -> 1 / player phase wrath = 1 -> 0). This obviously enforces his Aether spam WHICH THEN GETS BOOSTED BY+10, making it easier to get him back to full in a variety of ways with a single skill.
