So this VG...
If you, like me, went from Ryoma to Amelia, and lost both matches the same way (a last hour multiplier for the other team) how do you feel?
There doesn’t seem to be a reliable way to predict who’s going to win these matches. I guess just pick whichever character you think is the least popular- you will get more multipliers, and have a good chance of winning anyway if the multiplier pendulum is swinging in your favor.
Pretty counter-intuitive, but it’s not like it’s a really fun game type to begin with. The meta part is interesting, but I wish there was some way to communicate in game : like giving the top 100 players in a team some pre-written messages they could vote on and send to their team every hour.
To prevent spam, it would be things like “Go all out! (+1% modifier, only useable once per matchup) / Attack at will! / Hold your ground! (+ 200 flags to each member who doesn’t spend any on a multiplier in that hour, once per matchup)” This would at least let us coordinate a little bit, and add more meta-gaming elements.

If that's the case, given how simple the game is I imagine something like a poll, giving you three options:
Attack (Use all your flags if possible)
Move (Use your flags/play if you want)
Wait (Don't use your flags/stop scoring)
All the members in a team can vote every hour between these three options and a porcentage of all the votes will give a general message, going like this:
*At a 6.8x multiplier*
Attack: 78%
Move: 17%
Wait: 5%
*We need to stop scoring points to avoid enemy multipliers at last hour*
Attack: 20%
Move: 4%
Wait: 76%
It would be great if we can communicate with each other but we don't know if IS will ever add something like that. Hope they do.
