Here in Bolivia will have update at 18:00 pm

That means I'll be getting the update at 16:00 local time. (I'm UTC-6). That's handy, I thought I was going to need to wait until tomorrow.

Will the Arena be opening at the same time? I know it's petty but I want my daily feathers for two arena victories.
