So M!Kana has Brazen Def/Res

Since I already knew I probably won't use him, I have Nowi as a blue dragon and is part of my arena offense team. I also never liked him as a character, I found him annoying granted not nearly as annoying as say Takumi, Kaden, or Owain/Odin. So the question is what units might like or benefit his Brazen skill since I'll most likely won't to fodder him like I did Fallen Takumi?
Sorry to fans of those characters I find annoying but me personally will fodder them off when possible rather than ever use them.

There are a plethora of thing when it comes to my disdain of Takumi. If you like him then more power to you, but I'll break down some of my reasons for disliking him.
His cold demeanor off the start, his inferior complex that felt poorly written (although a lot of things in Fates came off as poorly written), and he come off as way to loud and angry. And then there's this mentality that some of the fanbase feels he's one of the best archer units the series has seen meanwhile I feel he's mediocre at best. I feel his son Kiragi is honestly better but people make the case that Fujin Yumi makes Takumi better. But like uninhibited movement never felt amazing to me, not over Kiragi who I felt turned out better statwise in most instances. And I don't think he honestly holds a candle to archer powerhouse units like Brigid or Shinon (RD Shinon specifically, PoR Shinon I feel is mediocre).

I'm not saying I'm a fan of Takumi, but he's probably one of the most realistic characters in Fates.

His cold demeanor because he doesn't trust Corrin, which is completely understandable. Corrin comes out of nowhere, Mikoto dies, so of course he's going to get angry if he makes the connection. Corrin had the sword that killed Mikoto. Can't exactly fault him for that. He came off as loud and angry BECAUSE he was loud and angry. How would you feel if the person you thought killed your mother was living right under your nose, and practically everyone was kissing the very ground they walked on?

As far as him being the best/worse archer in the series... Not really sure why that's a reason to dislike Takumi himself if that's the fault of the fanbase, so I'm going to pass on that one.

Again, I'm not in Takumi's fanclub or anything, but I feel that a lot of the hatred for him is completely unjustified. He hates Corrin for very valid reasons, yet everyone faults him because of such. I really don't understand.

He doesn't trust Corrin okay. But also part of his initial cold demeanor and the bigger reason I dislike his cold demeanor as revealed to the player involves him getting angry at Azura for merely saying his name, which I felt was increadibly obnoxious and not a good start for me. Like I don't even like Azura as she felt incredibly bland but that reaction made him feel unlikable to me right off the bat and nothing that came after did anything to change my mind on his character.

I kinda have to say that his answer to Azura is warranted in a way. Shes the daughter of his sworn enemy, and even if he knew her for some time, Corrin came back and potentially killed Mikoto. What's to stop Azura from starting this from the shadows? That's what I think goes through his mind, he's hated as a character (unjustly) because he thinks ahead in the sense that he wants no one to betray his trust anymore. He's been backstabbed enough to want to just stop feeling by the looks of his character. Sure, he may come off as cold and distant, but you can see that it's only with strangers or people he doesnt trust. He's plenty warm to his other siblings (Sakura Hinoka have convo's with him and he acts nice enough for me to understand that he's not a total ass)

Most likely because Azura is from Nohr. Takumi has trust issues. Again, his mother died to a supposed "Nohrian" so he most likely can't even begin to start trying to trust anyone from Nohr as easily as everyone else.

And besides, Takumi and Azura more than make up during their support conversations.

I understand not liking a character (especially since Fates characters aren't too interesting), but I don't understand the dislike people have for Takumi.

-He feels inadequate to Corrin and was even willing to give Corrin the Fujin Yumi since he felt like it was really meant for true second prince of Hoshido, and he even feels jealous that he wasn't invited for weapon training with everyone else.

-He has trust issues, especially with people of Nohrian descent, but that changes as time progresses, showing that he's not just completely one-sided "I hate everyone from Nohr!" like he was first made out to be.

-He's, essentially, scared. Scared of being tossed aside and forgotton.

...Yeah, really don't see why so many people dislike him. xD

I never much liked him either, didn't hate him just didn't like him. He always came of as whining because his elder brother and sister were talented and he felt they overshadowed him. Leo, who I also don't really like for acting superior to everyone but Xander, is in the same position but he doesn't keep bitching about how his brother is better than him so I find him less annoying. I've no issues with what many people have regarding him not immediately trusting Corrin, suspicion there is perfectly understandable, but he was raised with Azura and before the game begins he barley seems to tolerate her simply for being, as far as he knows, Nohrian.

Some love him, some hate him, some aren't really bothered about him. Same with a lot of units, liking/disliking someone is enough to brand you as a fool. I like Camilla, to some I'm obsessed with massive... fanservice as they can see no other quality in her but I see more so who cares. Can't we all get on?

Holy moly, well THAT is a kit I like. After the dissapointment of Finn and kinda lame Arvis 2.0 without a unique B-slot, this is the best kit of a GHB unit ever. Water Breath is pretty meh, yeah, but Brazen Def/Res and Fortify Dragons, wow. I can't even...I'm completly lost for words right now, thats awesome, super hyped for the GHB and an instant 5*. I would even 5* Lloyd if he had such an awesome base kit.
