So I'm building an Odin...

Finally decided to go ahead and commit to the meme, I've got a +Spd -Hp one lined up and would like some suggestions on skills. Assist, A and C slots have reposition , LnD and Threaten Res respectively but would a good B slot? I considered poison strike and the either of the warping skills briefly but should I just stick with an Ol' faithful Vantage/Desperation?

If you're going with Life and Death you'll need Desperation, being a sweeper is the only way he'll shine. Threaten Res or Threaten Spd is alright depending on what you need.

Actually, that's not a bad idea. He can reach something like 40 Spd with that, and Blade tome takes care of his damage.

If you're thinking "meme", you're not very off to a good start. Maybe if you would take him a serious unit, he could actually be one.

Fury and a Spd seal get him to 39 Spd and his overall defenses decently. I'd recommend Sword or Bowbreaker for Arena. QR may work too, but do note Fury takes away from that a bit. Vantage + high Blade tome damage might be a thing, but it might be more situational.

If you really wanted to meme you should've started with Close Counter (I have a writeup for it if you're interested).

On a serious note, he already hits 40 Spd with your given spread and LaD, slap Desperation on the guy if you're going the offensive route.
