There is nothing that says that the next legendary hero will be colorless, it was a speculation as the lengendary heroes for red blue and greens were confirmed, but now also F!Grima is confirmed.
And also you can clearly see him wielding a sword in his art so i think he will be a sword user

Ylgr is clearly has a tome equiped in her art and BAM: loli ice ninja. Nothing is off the table at this point imo

It looks like a tome but it's her satchel. In her default art her sleeve hides it, but her attacking and special art makes it pretty clear.

IIRC Ylgr was played up to have some kind of healing knowledge in the story. (Ch9 p5 - Sure it was Loki, but Fjorm didn't express any concerns over where this newfound knowledge came from).
