so i pulled a +spd -atk azura and a +res -hp ike

Just build them how you would build them normally. Ike could use the fury vantage in particular to be a better mage check.

For Azura, I think fury is good on her, as she won't be doubled by most Ryomas in the arena who usually sit at 42 speed. Wings of mercy/sword breaker are good b-slot options, and the C-skill is up to you. I have the same Ike, and he's kinda neutral in a way, so I use heavy blade, vantage/quick riposte, and threaten attack

Thise are fine IVs to begin with. Azura doesn't engage in combat unless needed and +Spd is good for her. Thise are good IVs for Ikr for countering mages. You could do a Fury/Vantage build or Swordbreaker build easily enough.
