It's -def +res is it even worth over the neutral one?

Depends, if you use Fjorm for deal with mages then yeah. If you use her for physical untis not at all

The neutral one is way better, -def iv means she lose 6 point of phisical bulk since she is not hard to double, and +res will get in the way of ice mirror
