So, a +Hp -Atk Tiki (Y). Redeemable?

I've had this Tiki (Y) for as long as I remember - she was actually the first five-star unit that I pulled, excluding the free Brave unit. She has absolutely hideous IVs, and no good skills to fodder off.

Now I'm thinking well, maybe I should make her built a bit, in case she's ever a bonus unit, or for Arena Assault. Who knows. But is this even worth the effort? If not, then I'll just keep saving her for a hopeful merge someday, along with my +Res -Atk Ryoma lol.
