So Fresh start, bad(ish) pulls

So I recently decided that I was getting bored of my horrible units on my main account, So I deleted it and went and created a new account, and have decided to not spend a single orb (besides upgrading castle)
On my free pulls I managed to get a -Attack +Speed Olwen (blue) and a...-Speed +Def Ninian.

I like both of them but they have terrible IVs (at least Nin) so any clue how I can make Nin work? Or should I just bench her?

Ninian is a dancer.

Personally IV's on dancers don't matter. I just slap on Wings of Mercy and they are fine.

As a fullfledged reroller I can only recommend:
• Reroll again
• Don't build up the castle too much (Your units level up fast enough while getting much more SP.)
• Reroll until YOU are satisfied. Don't let others tell you what to keep (Me included)
• If you are intending to get either Lyn or Veronica as freebies you should dodge orbsets with more than two colorless orbs
• Summon on the legendary- and starterbanner first
