I'd prefer res refine + steady stance 4. If someone hits you with something like a bold ignis you might still take like 30+ damage. Also prevents ranged units from charging up specials and getting repositioned away so they can punish you later. Even getting hit with a moonbow hurts worse than getting doubled for like 2 more damage each hit.

I see. No potential merge project to give this fortress skill to?

Because frankly I don't find this chicken that intimidating unless you have a setup with teammates really good at stalling me so that I need 3-4 turns just to get set up. Attack on turn 5 in a really bad scenario, finish on turn 6, and taking this Fae down will be pretty tight. I think I can probably take her in one turn with my reds and a dance, especially when you don't really hit back. With wary I would be a little concerned. With bonus stats that's going to be a tough cookie.

She would be on tiki spot. The only merge project would be that tiki actually, she is +10 already & only w8ing for warding breath, but fort def/res would be decent option too.

I wouldn't expect much return on that fodder given the rest of that defense. It's easy to snipe Azura; it's not hard to bait Reinhardt; I could potentially even just dance a melee red into the corner and let Fae get majorly hurt on my enemy phase

Probably not because I thik her default is better. And even if not, it'll only be marginally better which I don't see as a good move. I know that people like to run it on a few healers though.
