Right now, my +atk -def Sothe has Fury 3 which is awesome for pvp and single map play, but not so good for tempest trials or anything with several maps. I don’t want to go with Life and Death because it brings his def/res stats down considerably, which doesn’t do much for his survivability.
I’ve considered going with death blow 3 or close counter (from that free Takumi they gave us), but I also have a main healer Genny who would benefit from the close counter, so I’m not sure if I’d want to do that.
Any other suggestions on what A slot passive to use?
If you have a Brave Lyn to spare then you could go with Swift Sparrow. Or Darting/Death Blow.
Fury works wonders if you have a healer. Close Counter... I wouldn't recommend that with those defenses, but you could pull out a strategy that I just imagined, Windsweep/Watersweep with Close Counter and Phantom Speed 3, then Sothe could keep himself alive and then heal with Aether or Sol.
