A Slot for +Atk -Hp Inigo

I know Raven+TriAdept is his best bet and I do intend on giving him said tome all the same but should I opt for a speed boosting skill instead?
On a side note will darting blow on +Atk -Def Soren be fine if he isn't running watersweep?

I have the exact same IVs in one (I pulled another +hp -res) and I'm still thinking if I should invest on him since a non-merged QP Moonbow Rein still kill him, but with distant def seal he can take a +2 merged), I'm using my Boey now and it's working perfectly but I have to balance my team to use a bonus hero ?.

I think you should run Raven TA and put someone with fortify resistance or something like that, probably I'll do the same.
