Slaying Lance Azura?

She's +Def -Atk so by doing this and the speed refine, she will be able to reach 45 atk and 39 spd with Fury. By keeping sapphire lance she'll have 43 atk and 36 spd. Is this worth?

Not really, dancers/singers should be kept as support and only used to hard counter their respective advantage colours. I am constantly between tier 19-20 and Sapphire lance Azura is normally in my team, and I only use her to get rid of red units.
