A skill for Veronica? Budget and non-budget

I need help with her A skill please, will be better if there is reasoning but I'll take anything.

Also my Veronica it's +Res -Spd

Budget: Spd +3 / Atk +3
Non budget: Atk Spd push 3.

Makes me happy that I decided to pull an extra Summer Tana. Was planning to use it for my lucius but, Veronica is really asking for it.
