Skill Refinery?

With the introduction of 4th tier skills, I have heard many mentions of a "Skill Refinery" being needed in order for F2P players to keep up. Although not entirely true. I do I see where people are coming from.
What I would like to bring up though is the possibilities that could come from a Skill Refinery.
Instead of giving old units weapon refines to keep them somewhat competitive we could also gove some of them unique skills, using a system like this.
One example I can think of is Robin, since he doesn't have a Prf weapon he could get a unique Assist skill *Rally Spectrum*

What are your thoughts on this?
Also what are some other units that could use this kind of treatment?

Yeah, seeing Death Blow 4 was a little bit unsettling, especially when I found out it was inheritable lol
But if they do introduce something like a Skill forge/refinery then that would be good. However, seeing in how that would take away incentive for people to summon specifically for skills, I don't think IS will implement something like that.

I would have to agree with you there. However if the demand is high enough they might be forced too, since there are a lot of people who seem to be up in arms about it.
