Skill refinery

Since celica has Deathblow 4 inheritable which is not only an improve of an already existing skill but also has its own color (yellow) do you think that IS will give us some kind of skill refinery to improve skill like L&D all the blows etc...?

Personally I think that It could be possible in the 3.0 ver of the game

Thats really interesting. I think that it will take a while for something like that cause they will release more version 4 skills in 5star only heroes so ppl(mostly whales) spend a lot to get multiple copies for fodder.

Interesting concept that could be implemented (and maybe use Arena Medals...?), but I doubt it would happen in 3.0. If IS is generous it would happen in ver 3.5 at the earliest.
