So its really hard for me to get all the skoll points for my dancer and i needed help
Just give your dancer every opportunity as possible to get kills. What I do when I need SP for a dancer is to remove the dance skill temporarily then team her with another dancer and other support units that have reciprocal aid or whatever helps. This way the dancer can dance for the unit you are trying to get SP for.
Using advantage from triangle weapon. If your dancer is Olive so let her kill Axe or Red/Green tome. If your dancer is Ninian or Azura so find some sword enermy. I think your need some support character like Lucius, her weapon can inflicts 10 damage on enemy after battle will let your dancer easy to kill and she also can heal your dancer. Or Matthew has Rogue Dagger, Reciprocal Aid, Poison Strike is really good support character.
That's the same way I level up a unit. Instead of Lucius I use Azama because he can even work as a tank to block strong enemies and criple them down till the training unit can finish them or block other approaching enemies that would kill themselves by attacking the units you don't want to train. Plus he can heal, has the 10 damage staff that Lucius has and has Threaten ATK to save your unit from taking hard hits. Beside the dancer I run Lucina with Spur ATK in my level up team. She can support your training unit with extra ATK points which is sometimes necessary when it struggles to make any damage and she can deal with the enemies your training unit can't deal. So she makes sure that you can clear the stage and actually can take some EXP and SP home.
