S!Kagero build

Finally going to start build S!Kagero with the 2x sp plus giving her the fire blessing from the TT reward but not quite sure how exactly to build her. She's +res/-def and some options include Starfish+, Swift Sparrow/Desp (extra SM!Eirika but I might want to save that for someone else), Fury, Swordbreaker, Atk Tactics, Savage Blow, DD (when Garon arrives, doubt she's a great choice but it's technically an option)? She has already inherited Reposition and Moonbow.
