Silly newbie question here

I started 3 or 4 days ago... restarted a few times for better summons, so I'm not sure which. Anyway, I'd like to at least stand a shot at getting the lowest level Walhart. Which characters would be the best to level up to tackle the level 30 battle?

You should have good enough units to beat the lowest level one right now... I'd probably go with the team you have right now, or perhaps with Olivia instead of Kagero or Azura. Though really, Walhart's GHB is around for almost another week. Just finish getting all your units to level 40 and then it'll be easy.

Thanks, I was thinking Olivia or Azura should be there but wasn't sure which was the better option. Kagero seems to be feast or phamon in fights, so I find myself swaping her out a bit

Well firstly you'll definitely want to get them to lvl 40 first, since it's a reinforcement stage. Then with what you have available I would use Fjorm, Ike, Olivia, and Micaiah, just be careful of some of the blue units since you wouldn't have a green in this comp

Thanks, I don't really have a lot to choose from in ways of green to begin with. That's part of the allure to this battle in the end anyway. Thanks again. I lvled three of the four to 40... Olivia is at36 she's a pain to level. She doesn't seem to fain very fast... maybe it's just me though...

I don't believe in such a thing as a silly newbie question. Silly questions, yes, newbie questions too, but not silly newbie questions. Welcome to the game and to the Q&A section.

There's quite a bit of armour and cavalry, so Micaiah is a pretty good bet. I'd probably bring YT Olivia to let her fire more often. Ike and Fjorm are also quite good of candidates. They're solid units who can shield Micaiah during enemy phase. B.Roy is another strong option if you get as far as learning galeforce because he might be able to take out multiple mages in one turn.
