Just as we expected, but has someone summoned him already and know what skill he has at 4*?

Even without summoning him, I'm 90% sure that it would be Steady Stance 3 at 4*. IS wouldn't give us such easy access to wave skills just yet

Do you one better. Silas fodder for Slaying Spear/Slaying Spear+ and Steady Stance 1, any unit fodder with New Moon/Luna or Daylight/Sol, then Brave Ike fodder for Aether, Steady Stance 2, and Steady Breath. Three units foddered for an instant lance armor killer build. Need some armor slayers? There you go.
