Siegbert: +Spd/-Atk or +Atk/-Def

He's done it again. Siegbert has cockblocked me for the third time ever when I was pulling for FH!Celica. Now I have to decide which one I should use: The +Spd/-Atk one or the +Atk/-Def one.
(The third one is neutral)

I’d go with the +Atk/-Def or Neutral. If you use him to tank a hit from an axe or sword now and then, go with neutral, or if you want full firepower, go with +Atk. -Atk isn’t worth it even with +Spd.
