SI & BST

I think there has been this question a few months ago but I cannot remember the answer.
BST can be affected heavily skill inheritance. So skills like LD3 or other locked to 5* skills weight more when it comes to BST, isn't it?
But would LD3 count more for an unit which got it through inheritance in comparison to e.g. Hana or Minerva who have it as a basic skill or is the BST impact the same?

The arena scoring impact is the same either way and calculated on the skill's base SP cost.

In past a few skills, like Fury, increased arena scoring based on their SP cost and additionally on the BST boost they provided. But an update removed that duplicate benefit a few months ago.

ok thanks! but then again: a LD3 inheritance skill has higher SP cost than a native one. or did you mean "base SP cost" as in regardless of SI

The base SP cost being how much the skill cost to learn before the inheritance tax.

It doesn't impact BST since it stays the same for that hero, but it changes arena weight if I understand correctly. Also if a skill is inherited from another hero, it generally weighs more than the base skill, but I think that it has exceptions (like swapping a falchion for a brave sword.)

Overall, the whole system is bullsh*t and pretty unclear.
