Should they really keep Hone Fliers to 5* exclusive units?

This is something that's been bugging me for a long time; Why do they let us have Fortify Fliers at 4* (thanx Shiida) but not Hone?? If that seems too generous, at *LEAST* make hinoka or another hone fliers user available at 4* rarity. What do y'all think? Should they change the availability of Hone Fliers?

The availability of Hone Fliers absolutely needs to change. Despite an abundance of anti-horse skills and weapons, horse emblem is still one of the most common teams you see in Arena. I think the fact that Gunter is available as a 3* unit with Hone Calvary at 4* really gives horse emblem a tremendous advantage over flier emblem. For f2p players, acquiring enough units with Hone Fliers to build an effective team is incredibly difficult. Let's not even discuss having enough units to start merging...

In short, yes. The availability of Hone Fliers needs to change.

Honestly, if you have a flier Emblem team over horse or armor Emblem, what are you doing with your life?

Kidding aside, I actually think all hone skills should be limited to 5 star units OR nerfed tbh. By nerfed, I mean +4 atk and spd. After all, I think +6 is ridiculous unless it's calvary because most have low BST. I think it's unfair in the sense that armor and horse Emblem don't have that problem; however, dragon emblem only has fortify dragon rn, so it could be worse.

idk, goad fliers is super common while goad armor and goad cavalry are not. i guess its a trade off? though now that we have mage flyers it becomes a bit of a problem

I'm honestly not very bothered if Hone Fliers are locked behind 5 Star rarity because I pretty much relied on Goad Fliers when using my semi-complete Flier Emblem team. They do, of course, only consist of melee units like Elincia, Cherche, Valter... But hey, it works in my favor a lot actually.

But I do agree that they should change the availability of Hone Fliers as it is currently the only one locked in 5 Stars. The same goes for Goad Armor, Goad Cavalry and Ward Fliers. To make such teams achievable in a friendly fashion.

Every Emblem team has some buffs that are harder to get.
Goad armor is exceedingly rare, while Goad Fliers is abundant. Ward Armor is common, but ward Fliers rare. And while Cavalry has easy access to both active buffs, getting goad on more than a couple units is no easy task.
Honestly though, the rarest buffs kind of complement each one's play style imo.
Cavalry have to movement to retreat and set up into a formation, and while goad is nice, 4x +6 is monstrous enough.
Outside of the limited (Blade) Tome fliers, goads are better than hone in many if not most situations, and ward isn't all that important either.
And while we have speedy armors now, originally we didn't, making goad armor less useful, though still good as giving attack to a vantage user is always good.

Though counterpoint, the dev team knew that Jagen and Gunter's C slots were OP, and gimp their final BST. They were meant to be an easy op starting team. But when skill inheritance came out all that benefit got moved onto units with no draw backs, and that gave horse emblem a more significant benefit from inheritance.
And while every unit has one emblem buff in the 5* pool, fliers have 2.
