Should I wait after Hero Fest to build up these units?

I spent a total of 8 orbs on the Hero Fest banner and got two new units: Owain (+Atk, -Hp) and Lewyn (+Hp, -Res). They are my first and only copies of these units. I usually wait until Friday and/or Saturday to level them up and give them skills. I don't plan on spending more orbs on Hero Fest and would rather just use the first summon tickets. In case I somehow get a better one of them, should I just hold off on leveling my current Owain and Lewyn up until after Hero Fest?

Ur not really gonna get a better owain.

Lewin maybe.

They both basically come ready to go. Lewin just needs draw back and owain repo/swap.

If ur short on those then hold off.

Leveling isnt much of a hassle. I would hold off on foddering for them but not leveling them
