Should I use Gwendolyn or Effie on my arena team?

I'm currently using a +8 Soleil +6 Nowi and +9 Sheena and want to replace Nowi so I can get a higher arena score, which one is the most useful or best fit for my team? I can merge both to +7 and the best ivs I have on both of them are +Def -Spd.

I like Effie better in general, I think her stat line I better especially with that nature.

Effie. She is an overall better unit, only downside is less defense.

Nowi can score better depending on the build as her steady aether kit is optimal for combat and high score. Effie is fantastice but u have to compromise her performance for points cuz she cant proc aether easily.
