Should I use a +Def -Hp Fjorm?

Doesn't the HP bane pretty much off-set the Defense boon?

I got a while ago a -hp/+spd Fjorm. I have to say that I go to youtube from time to time to look at pheonixmaster how he clears a stage I can't. And when he uses neutral Fjorm as a f2p unit, the -hp gives me trouble xD. It's fine if I can give her a +3hp seal, but sometimes she already needs a different seal for that particular stage. So I wish I didn't merge the neutral one in the -hp one.
