Should I use a +Atk -Res Legendary Ryoma, or +Spd -Def?

On the most recent Legendary Banner I have been going desperately for Hrid, however all I've ended up with are multiple Legendary Ryomas. I already have a Firesweep Sword +; +Spd -Def +1 Legendary Ryoma, but I pulled a +Atk -Res one and am unsure if I should use that IV spread as a merge project instead.

Considering he is a flier I would go with -Res. His speed will already skyrocket if you include buffs and his A skill

I agreed... after +5 speed than opp. there's no point. Butthere's no such thing as too much attack.
