Should I save for the 27th?

I already have all of them except for Arya, Genny, and Spring Xander. RIP. My Bridal Cordelia is also at +1.
I also really want halloween nowi to make a three mage flier team.

Frankly, I would save whatever you can muster for that banner specifically. You have some time to delegate and collect for the banners this month. I, for one, will grind out the upcoming TT to get all the orbs then. See what I pull in the Legendary Heroes Banner (hoping to get my +10 Bride Cordelia now), then decide on any goals/banners to pull on afterwards.

I wouldn't pull anything on this current banner. You can never have too many of the heroes on the 27th except genny. Besides, 8% and no reg heroes.

the tempest trial is coming 7 days before it and if youre good at tempest trials and can scrounge up some orbs before the event id say do it if you want
