So I know that pretty much everyone wants perfect IVs, and I myself know that we can't always get the boons and banes we want. However, I'd say that maybe you should pawn off Wrath 3 to some other unit like a good Zelgius, if you have one. A lot of other sword units are pretty good with it too; I'd imagine Ike (VL), Ryoma, Mia, and Black Knight would like it, if you have any of them. You can look at the Wrath 3 pages online for more ideas. Wrath is just a really good ability, and one that many special-using DPS can use, so I'd say just look around for what heroes you have with good stats and decide from there. It doesn't seem necessarily worth it to give a +Def -Hp Arya the skill, just because Wrath 3 is a high-cost skill, and should only be used on essentially perfect units that you won't regret it on.
Optimal sets for optimal natures. For example, my only Brave Ike had +Res -Atk, so I pawned it off to get Steady Breath on my +Def -Res Nowi. It's been completely worth it. Essentially, since Wrath 3 is a difficult skill to get, make sure you get the maximum amount of value out of inheriting it!
Hope this advice helped at least a little?
