Should I pull on this Hero Fest this time round?

Ever since Loki's disappearance from being a focus unit, I saved like I've never saved before, and somehow managed to stock up 321 orbs. Feels like just yesterday that I got my heart broken from a 4.5 Innes. huh.

Should I use some of these stockpiled orbs to pull for mom's forseti? I do have a higher chance at getting him due to HF's 5% focus rate, but I don't like how greens are the least common summoning stone.

Not sure what to do. I kinduv wanna just keep saving for Loki, but a part of me wants Lewyn too. I don't know what part is more important to me.
