Should I pull?

I'm F2P, I have about 130 orbs saved up, and I'm not sure if I want to pull. I want the new Tiki, and wouldn't mind either of the Ikes, Karla, or Lector. But I really don't need anyone else on the banner. Should I skip and save more orbs toward +10 merging my Hardin (+4 currently), or go ahead and go for this Tiki now?

Considering that Hardin hasnt been on a banner for a longer time you might just want to stack your orbs sky high when he comes back around

FEH is in a very transitory state atm with IS introducing so many changes to the game's structure almost by the banner, but offering little in terms of a long-term roadmap to explain where things are going. For that reason, unless you're really enthused about this legendary I would probably recommend doing 1-2 circles and cutting out if you get a 5 star on either of them. I'd probably wait to save up a lot of orbs and cash them in on something you really want as opposed to spending a little here and there.

This is one of the best legendary banners I've ever seen. Red can definitely be worth pulling; green and blue are also not bad. If you don't have F.Grima or Jaffar, colourless is also good. However, with 130 orbs you probably need some priorities unless you're genuinely open to anything, and I don't think you need to be. I think I would recommend pulling red because it's not easy for a f2p to find a really good offer on reds (and red is really good for 4* fodder so it's awkward that it's hard to find a banner where it's worth going after the focus 5*s)
