Should I merge them?

I have 2 Sigurds, 2 Cordelias, 2 Deirdres, 3 Kageros, and 2 H! Sakuras. I have one of each maxed out so I don't know if I should merge them or just keep them for skills.

What are the IVs? It depends, Sigurd has Close Def, and Cat Sakura has a great dagger and Warding Stance.

Personally.... I'd merge Sigurd, use Cordelia for skill inheritance (Brave Lance+ and Galeforce!), merge Deirdre, use Kagero for skill inheritance (Felicia/P!Olivia like Poison Dagger), and use H!Sakura for skill inheritance (Felicia/P!Olivia would love Kitty Paddle). But that's largely influenced by me being a big Genealogy of the Holy War fan.
