Should I merge Myrrh or Inherit Hone Dragons?

I have 2 Myrrh but I hesitate to merge her or Inherit Hone dragons since these buffs are so insanes, so, what should I do?

Skills like this, I would think, would need more planning. Hone Dragons can be an amazing skill on Dragon Emblem, but it can't, or at least shouldn't be, just put on any Dragon unit for the sake of them having the skill.

I think you should carefully plan out your Dragon Emblem team: all skills necessary, and then actually see the best course of action.
