No, you shouldn't. We don't know about any new banners yet, and New Years banner is gonna be around for another....25+ days I think. Wait until it's near the end of the month before you decide to start summoning again.

Even then, in my opinion, you shouldn't. You already got an Azura, two of them in fact. Unless you're trying to +10 her, or fodder off her Hone Fliers, there's no point in summoning for more.
