Should I keep a 5* Abel?

I'm debating whether I should keep the 5* Abel i summoned recently or sacrifice him, give Brave Lance+ to a better candidate maybe? If so, what units that don't automatically have Brave Lance benefit from it?

Answers

Basically anything with a high Atk value and lances benefits from Brave Lance+. The most popular candidate is Effie since she has the highest natural attack in the game, but Bridal Charlotte, Est and Lukas also appreciate the weapon.

Then there is Berkut, who has 1 attack more as neutral Abel and higher defenses but terrible speed; Peri who has 1 more speed and equal attack, and +atk Oboro/Summer Robin.

I think that's about it.
