should i invest into coloress or save?

didnt liked the news year banner.
Should i invest into coloress of the legendary`` s?

I dont have veronica, neither takumi.

But the blue pool of 4 stars seems better than coloress nowadays? im almost finishing my reinhardt merge (+5 and 2 others) so i can wait a little more while im out of feathers (19k now but i can invest into others)

if i shouldnt invest this year anymore, i could try to wait until next legendary (radiant dawn didnt catch me, since i dont like laguz unit by their limitations)
