Should I give W!Cecilia BF

I have an extra B!Hector and I need an anti mage armor should I give her BF. If so could you recommend a complete build for her

The problem is that as an anti mage counter, your best bet is to let the enemy come to her instead.

So VF or WF (budget) with as much res as you can stack is your best bet.

Something like this. You could use a def refine too.
Keeping atk/res bond is also an option
