should I give lightning breath to myrrh

I have a plus speed minus Def myrrh she can't really use her weapons ability anymore to great use so would lightning breath be better cause I don't have any hectors for DC tanks for feedback

No. Even with a defense bane, she could make use of her defense. Give her some defense-boosting skills, and have her benefit from Fortify Fliers/Dragons, and she'll be fine.

Depends: Can you give her distant counter? If yes, by all means keep her with her natural Great Flame. If not, Lighting breath would be a very good option- the +spd boost allows her to reach a relatively healthy 32 (with your spd boon), so she can avoid being doubled with the help of some buffs. I think the lightning breath build works best on a flying team.
