Should I fodder off Ishtar for atk wave?

I was lucky enough to free summon a +atk - res Ishtar and I can't decide between foddering Odd attack wave to my Ophelia or keeping Ishtar.

Really depends. Both are really good nukers that slight differ. Ishtar I think can pull off more double while Ophelia can spam AoE nukes but is little harder to plan a team around. Because of the AoE nukes I think Ophelia might be slightly better. If you arent a collector or have no attachment to Ishtar then I say go for it.
