Should i fodder off the free takumi?

I notice in f2p guides that takumi is rarely used other than his fallen form. I dont really like him either so i was wondering if i should just fodder him to my Summer Noire (+DEF, -SPD) or Veronica (Neutral) or should i just wait until the day comes when i need him?

You should, but Summer Noire and Veronica arena great users of it due to poor defenses

Close Counter is an extremely rare skill that I'd only recommend on your absolute favorite unit and/or a merge project.

Who would be the best user of it then? I do really like both characters but im open to who would be better so i dont waste it.

Watch Lu Bu Feng Xian stuff on youtube, Dr Sakura and other things. Teams of healer destroying any content. Some healers are easy to merge, and with a combo of these, debuffs, savage blows and close counters...some of the hardest maps can be soloed by a lone healer.

It is just an example. His fun is to create teams of 4 healers, all healing each other, becoming literally unkillable, one or two doing DPS, one or two tanking with various means, uncluding debuffs, more debuffs, savage blows madness, clever use of the miracle special ( very important) and usually at leastone with close counter. And it is....mind blowing.

Takumi fodder is close counter.
Is your target ranged unit a bit tanky ? If yes, then ok, it can be interesting.
It's not ? Then it will get ORKO and will never use the skill.
Veronica and Noire are not tanky.
You could create a tanky healer with gravity+, other debuffs or savage blows. Then it's worth it.
