Should I continue pulling?
I got a Flier Nino and sadly it's +Res -Atk. Is she still salvageable as her speed was untouched? I already have regular Nino fully built for a long time and ready for the tempest trials. And also I have Dorcas as my next Bonus unit for Arena.

These IV's aren't too bad. Your best bet with these IV's is to run a blade tome set which she runs better than normal Nino because of the flier buffs (especially if you have the rarer Hone Fliers). You could try to pull another one and fodder this one for SS or Aerobatics but she'll be in the permanent summoning pool anyways, so you might accidentally summon her later anyways, so if you still want to keep some orbs for the upcoming legendary banner (which might be the best one ever), I'd advice you to just keep this one since she is still usable.

I disagree. I do hate when I’m cursed with a -atk IV, but that doesn’t automatically make them garbage. Flying Nino is pretty good, and has the ability to overcome a negative atk bane, with blade and flier buffs. Even handicapped, she’s still decent. And far from garbage.
If you’ve got money to blow, keep summoning. Otherwise, I’d encourage building her and hope you pull a better one in the future when she’s added to the pool. If you got Bridal Sanaki or Spring Camilla (both are limited) then your Nino might not be worth investing in, but otherwise I think you’ll be fine with her.

I pulled a -Atk Flier Nino as well (with +Def). Was sad an pulled again only to get a +Def -Res Deirdre (already have one with good IVs). I say stop pulling, you have her and you don't know if you can get another.
And like Verstraeten1234 already said before: with bladetome and flier buffs she can still do a lot of damage. I will build her with bladetome as well.
