Should I continue going after 2 5 stars?

Well I summoned off of my 80 saved up orbs specifically for Legenadry Robin, sniping green and white orbs, and having great luck off the first batch getting my first indigo (+Attack, -Def) and after like another 60 orbs and a pity rate of 9.5% I got a Halloween Jakob (+Hp, Speed) both with IVa, but I REALLY want a Legendsry Robin, so should I co tinge summoning with my 8% Rate? (I have no orbs, it should have a lot because of everything going on)
