Should I chase Valentine Hector?

Regarding the LA banner and my pulls (+def/-atk LA!Lyn and +res/-spd LA!Lilina) and the fact that a legendary banner is coming, should I chase LA!Hector or just wait? XD

About him, I need a green for Armor Emblem but it's not my main priority, and I'm F2P. Any suggestions?
