Should I buy orbs? Some advice please!

I'm at 9.5% on the legendary banner. I saved 160 f2p orbs and spent all of it on the Legendary Banner and got myself 3 5* units (I'm a little salty that 160 orbs only got me 3 units but I'm not surprised and at least these units were on my wish list so can't complain too much). I'm thinking of buying 75 orbs (40$ US) just to get rid of the percentage and maybe check off another unit on my wish list. What are my chances that I will pull a 5* within 75 orbs if I'm not sniping for a specific color? Should I snipe instead? Is this a good idea? Is 9.5% high enough for me to this or should I ignore it? I will so scrounge up more f2p orbs this weekend so maybe I'll have 80-100 orbs by the end of the banner.
This is my wish list if you guys need to know:
High Priority: All the seasonal units and Lute
Mid Priority: Fjorm, B!Lucina, B!Lyn (for merges/fodder)
Low Priority: Zelgius, L!Ike, Gunnthra, F!Grima (I have no connection to Zelgius but wouldn't mind pulling him and the Legendary Heroes will come again in future banners so I'm in no rush to pull for them plus I already have Ike and Gunnthra)
What I pulled so far: 1 S!Tiki and 2 H!Sakuras (so technically they're low priority now)

No. I have spent, and documented it in the comments for people to see, over 300 orbs in the 8% banners to get 1 fodder Takumi. Its not worth it, leave while you're ahead.

if you'll be happy with any 5 star result, and you don't think you'll regret spending that money later, i don't see why not. just make sure you can afford it and you don't go overboard if you're not happy with the results :) I know i've made that mistake a few times on legendary banners

Usually even when I am unlucky my pity breaks at the 10.5-11 mark on legendary banners. So to break you 9.5 I would say at least 60-80 orbs to be safe. Or yes you have a decent chance of getting 1 more 5* out of that 40 dollars. Me on the other hand blew that and a 12.99 and a bunch of free orbs and got . . . Halloween Sakura and am back up at 10.5 rate again. So yeah.

Also someone on Serene's Forest hit 14.5 if I remember right. So it is a crap shot. I would wait until the end of the banner and only spend if you don't break this pity and end up at rather high pity. But I also hate leaving pity behind.

Yeah I think he got a -RES Fjorm for his troubles in the end. At least I think the Fjorm was -RES. I wouldn't blame him at all for TP-ing IS's HQ after that.

I’d say what the hell, go for it. Unless you have a dire need for money irl, wade into the pool known as legendary hell.

Not worth it. Trust me. Just stay F2P and think if you really need any of the new units. If they just happen to have the same role as most of your units, but slightly higher BST, better stat spread or a legendary weapon, skip em. You already have a unit that does the same job.
Also, I would not recommend going for seasonals because they're designed to make you spend all of your orbs. Show big boobs or cleavage and people wonder why all of their orbs are spent.
Go for characters that you actually like.
